Student Housing
Located just outside central Stockholm, this project is nestled within a charming, small-scale neighborhood. The property itself is situated on a beautiful sloping site, surrounded by trees that enhance its natural beauty. The design aims to elevate the quality of living by maximizing natural light, with each apartment thoughtfully designed to feature windows in two directions. This close connection to nature creates a serene atmosphere that is particularly appealing to students who are looking for a more relaxed and inspiring living environment.
Living Close to Nature
A central aspect is the communal outdoor space, which serves as the heart of students' social life. Here, residents can gather to socialize, study, or simply enjoy nature. Instead of an indoor corridor, which is rarely used as a social space, an external walkway is placed outside the building. This becomes a social corridor, giving each individual the feeling of having their own balcony
In the courtyard, there are spaces for benches and a communal grill area.
